A nice stop for us on our way from Montreal to Grand Rapids MI. Sound accommodations. Hotel Bar and nice complete breakfast. Quaint old town in walking distance to water. Lots of grey hairs around.

A quick impromptu stop to this quaint town of port hope, this was a great place to stay. Everything is walkable, decent options for restaurants around the town. We didn't eat dinner at Carlyle, it looked fair it seemed to cater to an early and older crowd. Their bar is perfectly dark and quiet for a late night cocktail or beer...the room stay includes breakfast which was actually really great! Served to us and with options!
